Decabana.com, one of the largest on-line distributors of Joseph Ribkoff, is currently seeking customer service agents for both full time and part-time positions. Our agents are the first line of communication between our company and our customers. When customers have a question about the product/service, they reach out to the support department for a solution.

Your duties will include but are not limited to

- answering phone calls and emails,
- taking orders,
- assisting the clients with any questions and/or issued they may have,
- processing returns and exchanges.

Must be bilingual, any other language is a plus, previous experience is an asset.
