International Sales Coordinator – German

Montréal (Québec)

The primary goal of the International Sales Coordinator-German is to provide exceptional service by ensuring quality responses while contributing to MEDISCA`s growth by building and strengthening relationships with existing clients and to identify prospective clients.

The opportunity:

  • Maintaining Existing Accounts & Relationship Building                                 
    • Attain monthly sales objectives and monitor profit margins
    • Help customers build their business by suggesting new revenue sources and products
    • Process orders and supporting documents and follow up with customers
    • Verify inventory in stock & provide tracking details for dropships
    • Provide administrative support to the International team
    • Maintain full awareness of order and shipment status through delivery to customer
    • Follow up on shipping, customs, and/or any transportation discrepancies
  • Generate Sales from Inactive & New Customers                                             
    • Cold call prospective customers & determine opportunities to create business
    • Research new potential client options & follow up on referrals from existing clients
    • Open new accounts & provide new customers with opening order suggestions
  • Work collaboratively with International Team  
    • Discuss existing accounts and potential accounts and strategize on how to increase business
    • Assist with planning regional objectives for growing MEDISCA’s market share
    • Investigate leads and keep abreast of geopolitical situations affecting specific growth in identified regional markets
  • Customer Complaints                                                                                      
    • Record all customer complaints, ensure that all the correct information is entered
    • Communicate with Technical Support department for compounding inquiries
    • Enter a formal complaint in the system and follow up with Quality Control department

TRAVEL: Possibility of (1) week per year to visit clients and attend tradeshows.


  • Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or customer service (experience working in a call center and/or a pharmacy is considered an asset)
  • Minimum Cegep/College degree. Science background is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; fluent German and English (written & oral) required, with the ability to communicate in any of the following languages will be considered an asset: French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, and proven abilities to network
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage stress effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required. Knowledge of Syspro computer program is considered an asset.
