Refugee Sponsoring: Working closely with Action Réfugiés Montréal, a government-approved refugee sponsoring group based in Montreal, the German Society together with a number of Montreal churches has committed to sponsoring a refugee family for a year. Both financial and practical support will be required, i.e. helping them getting settled and functioning in their new environment.
