Once again this year, we invite you to take part in our Christmas 2023 fundraising campaign. As always, all donations will be given to Montreal charities and several cultural institutions.
To this end, we have prepared a raffle with attractive prizes. They will be drawn at our "Adventsglühwein" on November 19, 2023, between 2 and 6 p.m.
Am Sonntag, den 27. August 2023 fand zum nunmehr dritten Mal das Sommer-Picknick der Deutschen Gesellschaft zu Montréal statt. Aufgrund des unbeständigen Wetters am Vortag wurde die Veranstaltung um einen Tag verschoben. Dies erwies sich als richtige Entscheidung, da der Sonntag mit ganztägig Sonne und ohne einen Regenschauer auskam. Der Stimmung und regem Zulauf tat das neue Datum zum Glück keinen Abbruch. Viele bekannte wie neue Gesichter fanden an diesem Tag ihren Weg in den Parc Monseigneur-J.-A.-Richard nach Verdun, wo direkt am Ufer des Sankt-Lorenz-Stroms alles aufgebaut war.

The Consulate General in Montreal, in cooperation with the Consulate General in Toronto is glad to be able to offer a limited choice of consular services during the next consular week which will take place from September 26, 2022 until September 30, 2022. ist ein von Roland Remus und Sabine C. Langer in Deutschland initiiertes Projekt in dessen Mittelpunkt das persönliche Erleben von Flucht und Vertreibung am Ende des Zweiten Weltkrieges steht. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes recherchierten die Initiatoren nicht nur ihre eigene Familiengeschichte von Flucht und Vertreibung, sondern auch die vieler anderer Menschen.

The Christmas Season is approaching and at that time of the year we would have invited you to our traditional Christmas market. The Christmas market was an opportunity to try German cuisine, taste German Christmas specialties and meet with friends over mulled wine. In addition, the Christmas market raised funds for charitable and German-speaking organizations in Montreal.
